So who are we?
We are a training restaurant, our kitchen is full of up-and-coming chef talent, led by seasoned professionals, including Head Chef, Kelvin (formerly The Potted Lobster and Jesmond Dene House) and Restaurant Manager, Himal (formerly Hilton Garden Inn.)
Our impressive 80-cover, fine-dining restaurant is situated within Sunderland College’s City Campus, right opposite Park Lane Interchange and offers a high-end experience without the high-end price tag.
