The process of sourcing, screening and identifying the most suitable person for a vacancy within an organisation.

The manager who will take primary responsibility for the recruitment and selection process.

The processes by which People and Development will ensure that the candidate is suitable to work at the college (medical checks, reference checks, qualification checks, compliance with Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, and criminal record checks).
