Overview

A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior or middle manager, with significant experience of working with students (College or work based) in a post 16 environment.
The successful applicant will hold a Management and / or Leadership qualification in an appropriate subject or relevant qualification at a minimum Level 4. You will also hold a safeguarding/child protection to Level 3 and commitment to further develop skills in this area.

You will have the ability to motivate, inspire and lead a diverse team and identify key areas for improvement. You will have a proven track record of presenting key information to higher management to assist strategic decision making and experience of leading on tasks/projects and obtaining successful results. You will also have experience of dealing with student disciplinaries and student support services along with knowledge of high needs funding and experience of being the strategic lead working with a range of local authorities. You will also be able to work with external partners working to deliver on shared agendas and practices to support key areas of IAG.
