Overview

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of two passionate, suitably experienced professionals to work with our highly successful Business and Management team.

We are seeking to further strengthen our team with two qualified accounts lecturers, with the skills and experience required to ensure our learners are ready with the right skills and knowledge for the workplace. Although the posts will mainly relate to the delivery of AAT courses, the ability to contribute to other Management courses would also be highly desirable.

The post holders will be expected to help administer the AAT programmes and link with the awarding body, ensuring that all registration, examination and quality matters are dealt with effectively. Current experience of having delivered AAT courses would be desirable, though any one new to teaching will also be considered if they have been through the AAT qualifications as a student.

The successful candidates will be outstanding practitioners, with relevant vocational competence. You will possess the ability to deliver high quality classes, with high expectations, that enthuse and inspire learners to achieve the best possible outcomes, and best prepare learners for a career in Accountancy.

For this post applicants should be able to demonstrate in their personal statement practical examples of how you fulfil the person specification. Applicants will also be expected to deliver a simulated 20-minute lesson to the interview panel.
