An opportunity has arisen for a Computing lecturer within the department of Business & Computing.
We would like to further strengthen our team with an enthusiastic computing specialist. This post offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a successful team, supporting outstanding teaching and learning across computing provision; including BTEC, A Level, HND & Vendor qualifications.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner, with relevant vocational competence and be able to ensure quality, have high expectations and enthuse and inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Applicants will preferably have a Degree in Computing and be able to teach our students the skills they need to undertake large scale programming projects, a proven track record in education and hold a teaching qualification.
Applicants for this post should be able to demonstrate in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
Due to the nature of this post the successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
