Who is this course for?

The course is designed is for people who are looking for a specialist career in the construction industry either at a professional or technical level, or who would like to study the subject in higher education.

You will need to the appropriate level 2 qualification to apply for this course.

How you will learn

The course is theory based and predominantly takes place in the classroom and you will be assessed through coursework and presentations. However, some sections will take place in our dedicated workshops within the college.

Where could this course take you?

After successfully completing this course you could continue your studies in higher education, with a Higher National Certificate in Construction, or at university. As the qualification is industry recognised you could also use it to gain employment in the industry.

What costs will you incur?

The course is fully funded for 16 – 19 year olds. However, textbooks, computer hardware (laptops, digital tablets etc) and general stationary are not provided.
