Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone wishing to move into the hospitality industry with a particular focus on restaurants and restaurant service.
What do you need to apply for the course?
You will need a passion for food, restaurants and service. You will need to have an outgoing personality and the drive to do well.
What are the key things you'll learn?
You will learn a variety of things such as correct service and clearing techniques, different types and styles of service, wine matching, ingredient sourcing and customer interactions.
How you will learn
This is a very practical course with the majority of work taking place in our training restaurant. There is also an element of theory that will be delivered in classroom settings as well as online.
Where could this course take you?
The course could take you to a Level Three in Food and Beverage Service Supervision or straight into industry as a front of house worker.
What costs will you incur?
Approximately £30 for uniforms and shoes.
