This course is designed for adults who would like to develop their kitchen skills with a focus on chef’s hints, tips and tricks.

A passion home cooking. A desire to learn and share knowledge.
What are the key things you'll learn?
The key things you will be learning on this course are:
A variety of introductory techniques and skills used in preparing and cooking soups, sauces, meat, fish, chicken, bread and desserts.
How you will learn
Full, hands on, practical sessions preparing and making a range of sweet, savoury and dough based products.
Where could this course take you?
You could progress onto our advanced chefs skills course, move onto another one of our introductory leisure courses or even an NVQ2 in Professional Cookery.
What costs will you incur?
The cost is £220 and includes tuition and all produce.
