Who is this course for?

This course is for those who want to gain knowledge, skills and experience in a variety of vocational sport and uniformed service areas.

What do you need to apply for the course?

You do not need any formal qualifications to apply for this course. However, you must have an interest in Sport or Uniformed Public Services and suitable levels of English and Maths.

How you will learn

You will be taught through a mixture of practical and theory lessons. You will also have the opportunity to practice and develop your skills outside of a classroom environment on residential trips.

Where could this course take you?

After successfully completing this 1 year course you could go on to apply for jobs in the services or sports industry. Past students have joined the armed services or progressed into further study on the BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Public Services or the OCR L2 Diploma in Sport.
