Students learn about the Paramedic Practice course on offer at Teesside University

Matt Capsey, a Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Science from Teesside University, recently spoke to our Level 3 Public Services students about the Paramedic Practice course on offer at Teesside University.

Matt walked our Year 1 and 2 Level 3 Uniformed Public Services students through what’s covered on the course, as well as what life is like at Teesside University.

He also discussed the application process and gave our students some invaluable advice on how to support their applications with additional qualifications and skills they may have developed during their time at college.

Chris McMahon, one of our Uniformed Public Services lecturers, said: “This was an extremely useful exercise for our students, as they gained a valuable understanding of the courses that are on offer at Teesside University. Our students also received some great advice from Matt about the application process as well, which is something we’re very grateful for.”

Reece Crompton, a Level 3 Uniformed Public Services student, said: “This talk was very informative as it gave me an understanding of the options I have when it comes to studying Paramedic Practice at Teesside University”.
