Education Partnership North East are seeking to employ an Accommodation Officer to oversee the operation of our Halls of Residence at Northumberland College (Kirkley Hall Campus). This role will involve flexible working including weekend and evening work and have supervisory responsibility of the Wardens.

The post will deliver a quality accommodation and support service appropriate to the needs of all students, ensuring an outstanding service in the Halls of Residence that fully meets the latest Ofsted Framework for Inspection of U18 provision in FE.

The successful candidate will be required to supervise allocation, publicity, placements and overall support and administration for the Halls of Residence. In addition, you would support the College’s Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare, Healthy College, Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding approaches by delivering a range of interventions to address these themes. You would also be responsible for providing access to counselling, advisory and other appropriate support services for students.

This post is a Designated Safeguarding & Prevent Officer.
