The College is seeking to appoint a Customer Engagement Advisor. This key front line role will act as the main contact point for enquiries coming to the college. You will be responsible for answering these enquiries and ensuring they are converted into enrolled learners or another positive outcome for the organisation.
Working on the college switchboard and other main digital communications, you are the first point of contact to the college and as such a highly customer focused, friendly and professional manner is essential.
You will support with all data, processing and analysing of enquiries, applications and enrolments. You will also support the wider directorate particularly with functions like commercial hire, commercial bookings and event coordination.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
