The College is seeking to appoint an Events & Conference Assistant. At an exciting time, the College has a new marketing strategy in place and strives to reach out to new audiences. This role will support with the delivery of an exceptional programme of events at the college and in the community.
The Events & Conference Assistant will support with the delivery of all college corporate events, and be a proactive member of a new function that aims to increase income by hiring our world-class facilities and resources. As such you need to be personable and very professional in your approaches, delivering the highest level of customer service no matter which segment of our market you are working with.
You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales & Corporate Affairs, Marketing Campaigns Manager, and Recruitment, Events & Engagement Manager to create a perfect synergy between our events and our communications. As a team we will be striving to maximise the opportunities we create in converting learners to enrolled students or local employers into partners.
