We are looking to recruit a motivated individual, with previous experience in Facilities Management with emphasis on operational building management, to join a busy estates team managing a dispersed estate across the Sunderland area. Previous experience of catering management would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be educated to HND/ degree level or equivalent and/or hold a relevant professional qualification. A management or health and safety qualification would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, be well organised, and have a commitment to team working.
The successful candidate will be joining the College at an exciting time, as we undergo a £29m investment in our facilities.
