 Post Ref: 6134. 37 hours per week. Permanent. £26,937.22 – £35,125.02* per annum (depending on relevant teaching qualifications)

Are you passionate about the subject of Maths? Are you an experienced Maths teacher or do you aspire to become one? Do you possess a teaching qualification? Have you taught GCSE Maths?

If you answered yes to these questions then we could be the perfect College for you.

We are seeking to appoint outstanding Mathematics teachers who have a positive track record and want to motivate and support young people after leaving school to achieve their GCSE and make positive progress.

You will need to demonstrate excellence in classroom management and individualised approaches to teaching, learning and assessment.

You will be able to deploy practices within and out of the classroom that bring about positive progress for young people.

You must want to use digital technology and work to enhance sharing of resources and your practices across the college.

You will want to be part of our vision for excellence and be ambitious for the college and all students.

It goes without saying that you will already possess:

  • A passion and enthusiasm to motivate our students
  • A first degree in Mathematics or a subject that has a high mathematical content.
  • Be able to demonstrate high standards in teaching, support for learning and assessment, prior to appointment
