Post Ref: 6173. Part Time, 22.2 hours per week. Permanent. £19,155.71 to £21,458.51 per annum (pro rata).

 1x 0.6FTE Ashington Campus* (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

1x 0.6FTE Kirkley Hall Campus* (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)

*This is the initial working pattern, however there may be some flexibility required. There would also be a requirement to work full weeks by exception as well as working at other campuses.

This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced, high performing and ambitious Personal Assistants, to support a busy Senior Leadership Team, located at Northumberland College within a confidential executive environment.

The successful applicants will be flexible and customer focussed with excellent organisational, administration, communication and IT skills with a high level of attention to detail, including exceptional proof-reading skills.

You will provide the initial point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team for both internal and external customers.  You will demonstrate a high level of commitment and an ability to achieve demanding deadlines. You will have a responsive and proactive approach when meeting the needs of all customers. The ability to remain calm, prioritise and manage yourself and others, amid conflicting demands and busy work periods is essential.

You will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) and a level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards).

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
