When can I enrol?
The main enrolment days for students aged 19+ are from Monday 2 September to Thursday 13 September 2019.
How long will my enrolment take?
It will take approximately an hour.
What do I need to bring?
- Payment for course fees or an Advanced Learner Loan Notification of Entitlement letter
- NI number
- A current payslip or contract of employment for fee remission (for a Level 2 course or below, or if your income is less than £16,009.50)
What do I get when I enrol?
You will be officially enrolled and will have secured a place on your course. You will also be provided with an ID badge and your start date.
What time can I enrol?
Every student is allocated an individual time slot in which to enrolment. You will be sent details of your enrolment time via a letter, which is posted beginning of August. Please make sure you arrive promptly.

What if I need additional support during enrolment?

What if I can’t make my enrolment?
It is very important that you attend on your specified date and time. However, if this is not possible or you live outside the area, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule your enrolment slot. Contact the Admissions team on 0191 511 6000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I’ve changed my mind about what I want to study?
If you have applied and have changed your mind, still come to your enrolment session and we can discuss your change of course and help you transfer your application.
How can I pay for my course?
You can pay by cash, credit/debit card or cheque.
Can I pay my course fee in instalments?
For courses in excess of 15 weeks an arrangement can be made for you to pay tuition fees over £200 in instalments. Anyone opting to do this will generally be required to make an initial payment of 25% of the total fee. (Please note we do not accept American Express, Diners Card or Discoveries.)
Can I pay by an Advanced Learner Loan?
If you are aged 19 or over (from the first day of your course) you can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover the tuition fees. For more information visit www.gov.uk/advanced-learner-loan before enrolling on your course.
Am I entitled to any funding?
If you are aged 19-23 and have not already achieved a full Level 3 qualification, then you may be entitled to full funding for a Level 3 course. For more information contact our Welfare Team on 0191 511 6000.
If your course requires you to have a Disclosure and Baring Service Check (DBS), you will be sent information about what you need to do.
