NE Commercial LTD are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Horticulture Operative Apprentice to learn all aspects of the duties associated with grounds maintenance.

Personal qualities

Have a genuine interest in horticulture.
• Commitment to attending appropriate training and to attaining an appropriate Level 2 Apprentice qualification.
• Interest in grounds maintenance and the operation of associated equipment

Future prospects

There is the possibility of full time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
There is the possibility of progression to the level 3 apprenticeship alongside further training opportunities.

Things to consider

You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers, hot and cold, carrying out physical tasks using the relevant tools and equipment.

Important Other Information

You will be expected to get involved in all aspects of the job role on a daily basis.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
