GCSE English and Maths Grades 9-4 or A*-C or Equivalent
This will be our 2nd Warehouse Apprentice – our first one is moving into a full-time permanent job on completion of his course earning comfortably in excess of minimum wage
Additional training will also be provided including but not limited to Fork Lift Truck Driving and Portable Appliance Testing
Predominantly Monday – Friday 9-00am – 5-30pm with 30 minutes for lunch – unsociable hours will be required during peak periods including evenings and weekends - as a rule this occurs in October, November and January - TOIL offered to cover additional hours.
The company’s peak period is October to January and flexibility will be required during this period.
Site work and site visits may be required to further enhance the skills of the candidate.
Additional job specific qualifications will be offered as the position develops and may include Portable Appliance Testing and Forklift Truck Licences.
The company works mostly on outdoor shows the work here will be hard, sometimes outdoors, dirty and cold. There may also be the need for long days during our busy periods. This is not an easy job and can be physically very demanding.
