Apprenticeships Work

March 5th – 9th we are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week here at Sunderland College, and we want to show you that apprenticeships really work.

With around 96% of our apprentices securing a job at the end of their apprenticeship, and over 40 different frameworks to choose from, they are a proven pathway to your chosen career, where you will gain that all important experience alongside your qualification.

Come along to our Apprenticeships Work event on Tuesday 6th March, 3.30-5.30pm at our Bede Campus to find out more about apprenticeships.  You can speak to employers, current apprentices, our advice and guidance team and our recruitment specialists about:

  • what is an apprenticeship?
  • how do I apply for one?
  • what are employers looking for?
  • how do I know if an apprenticeship is right for me?
  • what is it like to be an apprentice?

We’ve got limited places available for this event, so please pre-register for your chosen 1-hour slot here.

If you’re not able to attend the event, don’t worry, you can find out lots more about apprenticeships on our dedicated website, or you can register your interest today and we’ll be in touch with you about your next steps.
