You will be taught addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurement, shape, graphs/charts, fractions, percentages, area, perimeter, volume, mean, range, estimation, ratio and proportion using a range of online and paper resources.
Assessments will take place at a College venue.
The time scale would vary depending on delivery type.
Various days and times throughout the year. Classes are usually weekly. 1 to 1 sessions take place at appointment times to suit you - usually once a week. Distance learning - we advise you allocate dedicated study time on a weekly basis to fit around your commitments.
The Functional Skills qualification aims to provide you with the basic maths practical skills required in work, education and everyday life.
