This course provides a basic introduction to business and management for anyone with aspirations of developing their leadership skills. This qualification is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team’s work achieves organisational objectives, and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision-making.
No formal qualifications required, though an appropriate level of English and Maths is recommended.

English and Maths are important life skills that will help you to achieve your best in your studies and progress to your dream career. If you have not already achieved grade 9-4 in GCSE Maths and/ or English at school, we will support you to improve your skills.

Learners will complete three separate units which are assessed by means of course work, such business reports and other assignment tasks.
