Studying via distance learning means you can choose when and where you study. We ensure you get all the support you need throughout your course in the form of a personal tutor and a learner support advisor.

You will be required to undertake a minimum of 115 hours of study time.

The purpose of this qualification is to develop your knowledge and understanding relevant to working with the elderly.
You will be required to complete 5 mandatory untis to achieve this qualification:
- Common health issues affecting individuals in elderly care
- Individual rights in elderly care
- Maintain health and wellbeing in elderly care
- Minimising risk in elderly care
- Principles of elderly care in the UK
We offer a very wide range of courses at Level 2 for the care sector, you may choose to progress to other study in this area.
