What’s it all about?

This course is for anyone who would like a career in HR management. Advancing your skills with CIPD will support you in delivering the highest professional standards in your job role and be able to evidence this to progress your career within this specialist sector.

Based on the new Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work.

During this course you will learn how to:
- Analyse and utilise HR data to develop business proposals
- Manage and co-ordinate the HR function
- Identify the implications of employment legislation on the HR function
- Learn more about your own organization and how to align HR objectives to your organisation
- Work as part of a team

You must be 19 or over at the start of the academic year. You should either been in receipt of the CIPD level 3 qualification; hold a related degree; or be working in a senior role within HR. You will also need to attend an interview with the course lead

What’s next?

After successfully completing this course you could seek employment within HR or you could progress in your current HR career, for example an HR Business Partner or Manager.
