Who is this course for?

This class is perfect for people who are interested in dance and keeping fit. One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all of the health benefits of a good workout.

No formal qualifications are needed for this course.

What are the key things you'll learn?

Regular dancing is great for maintaining strong bones, improving posture, strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and can release any tension or stress. Each week will differ slightly in terms of the dance style to keep the classes fresh & interesting for all participants.

How you will learn

This class is designed to motivate, everyone will get involved by taking part in a practical led session. Be prepared to use the whole body!
