How has employing an apprentice helped your business?

By providing on-the-job training, the apprentice is trained exactly how you want them to be. Our apprentices are enthusiastic and often come up with new ideas to help improve our current processes.

How has your apprentice developed on-the-job skills?

Our apprentices spend a lot of time working with different engineers on installations and service visits, meaning they meet new people and learn new things every day.

What assets has an apprentice brought to your business?

Our apprentices are enthusiastic, keen to learn and are great with customers.

Would you recommend the apprenticeship scheme to other businesses? 

Yes – the College have been great and we are benefiting massively from our apprentices.
