“When deciding which college to attend, Sunderland College’s high standard facilities really stood out to me and heavily influenced my decision to apply.
The Sport Development Centre was the entire reason I applied for this college, as the opportunities really stood out to me. The coaches are of a high standard and provide great help and support in developing my ability on the pitch.
All facilities at Sunderland College are of an extremely high standard. All sports students have access to personal strength and conditioning with Martin Nugent and use of the 3G pitches at Goals. The Sports Development Centre will help me improve both my technical and tactical side of the game and will increase my self-confidence during a match.
The best thing about the Sport Development Centre is the good balance of football and education, as well as the support from all sports staff at the college.”
Katelyn plans to progress to university and become a PE teacher.
