How to get here

Getting to Sunderland College is easy! We are based on three different campus located across the city.

City Campus

In the heart of Sunderland, our City Campus, has great access to public transport. Located on Park Lane, you couldn’t get closer to bus and metro links at Park Lane Interchange. The nearest train station is also just a short walk away at Sunderland Central Station. Being in the city centre, there is no parking on-site, however, there are a number of multi-storey car parks nearby, with Sunderland Civic Centre the closest.

Bede Campus

Our largest campus, located on Durham Road, is services by a number of bus services with a bus stop directly outside the campus. It is a 5-10 minutes bus or taxi ride from the city centre. Free parking is available on-site and there are shelters to safely store bikes.

Washington Campus

Based in Usworth, our Washington Campus has easy access to the major road network and is within 15 minutes’ drive of Sunderland City Centre, Newcastle and Durham. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and there is plenty of free parking and provision for bikes on-site.
