You will need 2 GCSE's at grade 3 - 9.
If you do not meet the entry criteria for this course then you can enrol on our Level 1 Sport and Public Services course and then progress to this Level 2 course at the end of the year.

This course combines practical and theoretical delivery and content. You will develop coaching and leadership skills, develop your practical skills in selected sports, as well as testing and developing your own fitness. You will also develop your understanding of how the body systems work and how to correctly fuel the body to maximise sporting performance.
You will be assessed in a variety of ways throughout the course such as practical observations, reports etc. There are no exams for this course.
Achieving a Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English is important, but if you're not there yet, don’t worry! We provide supportive classes to help you meet these essential criteria.
