This course is taught from Bede campus at the new Media House. It will be taught face-to-face through a mix of workshops and seminars.
You will be assessed through the creation of a digital portfolio of work.
There will be opportunities to engage at regional industry networking events, including those facilitated by North East Screen and Generator, as well as the chance to attend Q&A sessions with industry practitioners.
The course will be taught over 3 hours per week for10 weeks.
You will study part time at our Bede Campus in the-new Media House.
In addition, you will need to able to commit to around 3 hours of self-directed study per week.
This Introductory Award in Digital Media covers a wide range of topics, including the fundamentals of video production, such as the planning and production of a short film, as well as exploring progression routes and careers within the industry.
The course will help you prepare for employment or further learning at a higher level in digital media.
