This qualification will help you to gain the skills you need to deliver a great dining experience and work front of house within a hospitality environment. You'll learn essential skills in areas such as food service, bar service, food safety, handling payments, serving hot beverages and customer service. You will also develop a thorough understanding of the role and expectations that any future employer will expect of you.
You will work within our on-site training restaurant, City Bistro, serving our guests food which has been produced by our students in the training kitchen. On successful completion of this qualification learners can look to progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Supervision.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course but the right attitude to customer service, having a professional outlook to Food service and viewing this area of Hospitality as a fundamental part of the dining experience.
