Who is this course for?
Anyone who has just taken on a leadership role or a current leader who wants to further develop their leadership skills. These skills will be applicable whether you are leading a small team for the first time or someone who has been in leadership for many years and wants to reinvigorate their skills and knowledge.

What are the key things you'll learn?
Designed to be highly practical, interactive, hands-on and fun, this course will be a mix of exercises, pair work and small group discussion, to enable the sharing of ideas, tools and tips on how to become an outstanding leader.
The course will cover such topics as the role of the leader/manager, new leader challenges, awareness and flexibility, achieving outcomes and action planning, among many others.
How you will learn
This will be a very practically based workshop, based around collaborative and interactive tasks and activities.
Where could this course take you?
There will be further workshops of a similar nature running which will be at a Higher level later in the academic year.
