Alex described his time at Sunderland College as very practical, creative and fun.
He said:
“I chose to study the BTEC in Media as I wanted a more hands-on approach to my studies.
“I really loved the practical elements of my course and have created a magazine and a film. It’s been really great to take an idea and then produce a final product – that’s something I’m really proud of. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Spark Sunderland and the University of Sunderland to gain work experience. The link to industry is really good here.”
Alex is now progressing to study a Media degree at the University of Sunderland.
