The adult courses that Elaine studied with us has enabled her to secure part-time employment. Elaine described her time at Sunderland College as comfortable, friendly and inclusive.
She said:
“I decided to study at Sunderland College as it’s my local college. I enjoyed being together with people of a similar age who wanted to improve their employability. I had a great tutor who adapted the learning, covering each individual learning style.”
Elaine is now employed as a Therapy Assistant at St Benedict’s Hospice.
