Jennifer described her time at Sunderland College as exciting, helpful and friendly. Jennifer previously studied at the college when she left school and decided to return so that she could take on a new career in administration.
She said:
“I have always loved Bede Campus even back when I first joined the college in 2005, it was lovely to see that the atmosphere still remained very warm and welcoming. It can be daunting for adults to get back into education but the whole experience was excellent, I really enjoyed learning again as an adult.
The support from my tutor Janine has been amazing, along with the skills I have developed on the course I was given great interview tips and advice which really helped me I can’t thank her enough for what she has done. I wouldn’t be where I am now without her!”
In the last few weeks of her course, Jennifer was invited to interview for a full time job at Spire Hospital and was successful. She is very excited to start her journey at the hospital and take on the challenge of changing careers.
