Tailored for technology enthusiasts who excel at practical problem-solving, this course offers hands-on training in wiring lighting and power circuits, utilising a variety of cables, fixtures, and tools. You'll delve into health and safety practices, electrical principles, and basic fault diagnosis, as well as learn to interpret wiring diagrams and perform crucial testing procedures. The curriculum also covers the installation of single and three-phase circuits, develops industry-leading hand skills, and provides insight into the renewables sector, emphasising sustainable and low-carbon materials. A solid grasp of the BS7671 regulations is also part of the training.This robust training ensures you become a confident and capable professional, ready to tackle the challenges of the electrical sector.

You will need 2 GCSE's at grade 4-9 including Maths and English. Or a relevant Level 1 qualification.
