What’s it all about?

Anyone interested in pursuing a career in Computer Games Design, Computer Games Art, Computer Animation, or VFX. You must have a passion for games (not just playing), animation and VFX, and be creative, with solid IT skills, and the motivation to work hard.

You don’t need to be able to draw, but you will need to be willing to try to improve your visual communication skills.

You will need 3 GCSE's at grade 3-9 including Maths and English

You will be taught through workshop-based sessions that encourage hands on experience of industry standard software and techniques.

You will use the latest software and hardware to produce 2D/3D games, 2D/3D game levels, game design documents, concept art, 3D models, 2D/3D animation and visual effects (VFX).

Achieving a Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English is important, but if you're not there yet, don’t worry! We provide supportive classes to help you meet these essential criteria. These subjects form the backbone of your educational toolkit, opening doors to further studies and exciting apprenticeships. Our sessions in Maths and English will equip you with the skills needed to thrive academically and professionally.
