Are you passionate about music, theatre and design? Creative arts brings together a range of different subjects that can help you start a career in the arts sector. If you're enthusiastic to learn more, able to adapt to changes in the industry and want to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, one of our creative arts courses is for you.
You'll study at our Bede Campus and will hve access to our £11 million Arts Academy, with a 200-seat commercials theatre, sound and lighting studion, recording studio, music practice rooms and instruments, art studio, kiln and sewing machines.
We work with a number of employers to help you progress to a career in the creative arts sector and gain real work skills. These include Sunderland Culture, Sunderland Empire, Birmingham Royal Ballet, National Theatre, Baltic Centre for Contemporary, Washington Arts Centre, Fertile Ground, South Paw, Tall Tales Murder Mysteries Theatre and Frantic Assembly Theatre Company.
