Abigail thought the teaching staff at Sunderland College were great and she was inspired by their teaching style. Abigail progressed to Northumbria University to study BSc (Hons) Geography.
She said:

Studying at Sunderland College has prepared me for university through great advice and guidance I received from staff about higher education options and the excellent support with UCAS applications and personal statements.”
After gaining a first class honours degree at Northumbria University she progressed to full-time employment with Gentoo and is hoping to start a master’s degree in environmental science soon.
