Bethany started at the College studying Level 3 Travel and Tourism and progressed to the HND. She was a student ambassador during her time at College, which she said has helped her people skills. She described her time at Sunderland College as something she’ll never forget, quality and friendly.
She said:
“I decided to study at Sunderland College because of the facilities, teachers and support. The lectures are super supportive and help in any way that they can. The new campus was lovely with nice new facilities
I chose to study at Sunderland College rather than university as there is more support through the HND with smaller classes and lecturers that know my strengths and weaknesses.
The best thing about doing the course was the feeling of achievement during my graduation.”
Bethany is now studying a top-up degree at the University of Sunderland.
