Bradley described Sunderland College as fun, helpful and open. He progressed straight onto University following the completion of his BTEC course in Business Studies. He continues to study towards his degree in Business at Northumbria University.

He said:
“I chose Sunderland College because I wanted to study business at higher level than GCSE. I also wanted to experience a different form of education to school and meet new people.

The best thing about Sunderland College was that it was really accessible and the lecturers helped me a great deal. I was also granted a lot more freedom in my studies than I had been in school. It was a big plus for me that the college received a significant renovation during my time as a student and the facilities had clearly been massively upgraded.

What I liked best about the course was the wide range of business areas and specialist subjects available within the programme. These topics allowed me to build up a wide knowledge base and come to an informed conclusion about what I wanted to study at university.”

Bradley is now studying a BA (Hons) in Business with Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Northumbria University.
