Courtney described her time at Sunderland College as friendly, supportive and fun.
She recently received a special recognition award at our college’s end of year celebration for volunteering her time to spray paint a soup kitchen for the homeless.
She said: “I’ve had the best time at Sunderland College. My class is like a family; we are all best friends. The lecturers were so supportive and helpful and were always available when you needed them.”
Courtney is now progressing to the University of Sunderland to study Art and Design.
