Level 2 Beauty Therapy

You will need 2 GCSE's at grade 4-9 including English Language. Or Beauty level 1

You will have an excellent experience and benefit from practical and theory lessons taught from an industry perspective to prepare you for the world of work on completion of the course.

During practical lessons you will develop your skills in our state-of-the-art industry salons using the most up to date professional products and equipment to meet industry standards.

In theory lessons you will develop your knowledge in our dedicated theory rooms by doing individual and group work, research tasks, assignments and revision tasks in preparation for completing online exams.

During the course lecturers will assess your knowledge and skills in a range of different ways to ensure you are making progress and additional support is available if needed.

Achieving a Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English is important, but if you're not there yet, don’t worry! We provide supportive classes to help you meet these essential criteria. These subjects form the backbone of your educational toolkit, opening doors to further studies and exciting apprenticeships. Our sessions in Maths and English will equip you with the skills needed to thrive academically and professionally.

You will be required to work 1 day a week in our commercial beauty salon to develop and gain industry skills. This will be in addition to your timetabled hours.
