This is for those looking to commence a career in the hairdressing industry UK or nationally or for those wishing to progress from Level 1 in a related subject area.
You will need 2 GCSE's at grade 3-9 including English Language. Or Hairdressing level 1

Assessment is undertaken through observed practical tasks within our training/commercial salons. You will practice techniques on other students in the class.
English and Maths are important life skills that will help you to achieve your best in your studies and progress to your dream career. If you have not already achieved grade 9-4 in GCSE Maths and/ or English at school, we will support you to improve your skill

You could progress onto Level 3 Hairdressing.
Career opportunities include: employment in a hairdressing salon, working on a Cruise liner, ppening your own business or teaching hairdressing. (Progression to Level 3 will require you to have excellent attendance, behaviour and timekeeping.)
