Passionate about sport and exercise, Adam studied at Sunderland College as part of his football scholarship with Sunderland AFC. Praising the course structure and supportive teaching staff, Adam is a founder and head coach of Dynamic, a customised lifestyle, health and fitness organisation.

The learning, placements, modules and skills set you up for a role in coaching.
They were extremely supportive, go the extra mile to help and are experts at building rapport with students.
The atmosphere was great, positive and the perfect environment for learning.

John Rushworth, my tutor, was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, helped guide me and kept me motivated on the course. The coaching, movement and exercise development was also inspirational on the course.
