Hospitality and Professional Cookery

We are looking forward to welcoming you in September so you can start your journey toward an exciting future in this exciting, people-focused industry!

Find out everything you need to know to help you at the start of term:

Introduction to Professional Cookery Level 1 students will begin term on the 3rd of September 2019 at 11am.

Technical Certificate in Professional Cookery Level 2 students will begin term on the 2nd of September 2019 at 12:30pm.

Professional Cookery Diploma Level 3 students will begin term on the 2nd of September 2019 at 8:30am.

You will receive your timetable on your induction day.

Is there anything you’ll need?

Equipment needed for the first day of term: A pen and Padlock,  PPE required and a knife set (optional), a form will be completed at enrolment.

Returning students will also be required to bring their uniform.

Don’t forget to enrol on your course over the summer!
