Skills Bootcamps are FREE*, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, allowing you to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer or progress in your current role as part of the Government's Lifetime Skills Guarantee.

This Skills Bootcamp is designed for those individuals who are already working as an Early Years practitioner in a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) or Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) related role and who wish to progress to leadership and management roles and responsibilities.
The Skills Bootcamp will be delivered using a blended delivery model by experienced staff, supporting learners to discuss and share best practices in supporting learners with SEND.
The Skills Bootcamp will start on 4th September, with another cohort starting on 16th of September 2023 between 4pm-6:30pm and will last for 16 weeks (80 hours in total).

If you wish to access a Skills Bootcamp to train your own existing employees as part of staff professional training. Employers can co-fund the training with a cash contribution of 30% or more (reducing to 10% or more for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises).
