Aadam came to Sunderland College from Thornhill Academy and has described his time with us as fun, helpful and supportive. He has now secured a place at the University of Sunderland to study Computer Science.
He said:
“I chose to study a BTEC at Sunderland College as I liked the idea of studying just one subject and gaining a number of skills which would help me progress to University.
The best thing about the course was the support I received from staff, in particular Nigel. I couldn’t be happier with the results I received. As a member of the Student Council at the College, I am grateful for the opportunities that have been made available to me throughout my study.”
Aadam hopes to become a student ambassador at University and has high hopes to progress on from his degree to a career as a Software Engineer for a large IT company
