Craig described his time at Sunderland College as informative, supportive and confidence building. After completing his level 1 in business administration, he was interested in a career change and was confident that the level 2 course would provide him with the skills he needed to progress.
He/she said:
“The best thing about the course was that it allowed me to learn on my own terms. It gave me the confidence I needed to learn what was necessary to pursue my career goals.
I liked the atmosphere of the college, of the course, and the group of people that I studied with. I felt like I could study on my own terms and had plenty of support from my tutor.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course, as it provided a valuable insight into aspects of my desired career that I hadn’t previously considered.”
During the final weeks of the course, Craig interviewed for a new job. He succeeded in this interview and is now employed as an Inbound Operative at Paragon Customer Communications.
