Elle described her time at Sunderland College as amazing, challenging and unforgettable. She loved that staff were so helpful and always there if she needed any support. After leaving college, she successfully gained a job in the catering industry.
She said:

It was great to learn something new every day, the facilities are fantastic and prepare you well for a career in the industry.
Having the opportunity to help out at a range of catering events and joining the culinary team for my final year really developed my skills and confidence.”
Elle is currently Head Chef at Quay Ingredient in Newcastle.
